About JTHM

We test offshore casinos and sportsbooks that accept US players the hard way — with our own deposits, wagering and timed withdrawals.

Affiliate disclosure: JTHM is an independent publisher. Some links to casinos and sportsbooks on this site are affiliate links — if you sign up through one, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Commissions never influence our test results, ratings, or the order brands appear in. We rank on measured payout speed, licensing, bonus fairness and game quality only.

Who We Are

JTHM is an independent review desk covering offshore-licensed online casinos and sportsbooks that accept players in the United States. We started JTHM for a simple reason: most “best casino” lists aimed at Americans either push sweepstakes coins that aren’t real-money gambling, or rank sites they have never funded, wagered at, or requested a payout from. We do the opposite — we open real accounts, deposit our own money, clear (or fail) the wagering, and time how long withdrawals actually take.

Because state-regulated online casino play is legal in only a handful of US states, offshore sites licensed in jurisdictions such as Curaçao and Anjouan are the practical option for most American players. We don’t pretend that makes them state-regulated — it doesn’t. What we do is tell you which offshore operators have a track record of paying, what their bonus terms really cost, and where the risks sit.

How We Stay Independent

We earn commissions when readers sign up through our links. That is how the site is funded, and we disclose it plainly. It does not buy a ranking. A brand cannot pay to move up our list, and we have declined and de-listed operators that stalled payouts or changed terms after sign-up. Our scoring method is published on our How We Rate page.

Our reviews are written by a named team with real backgrounds in casino operations, payments and sports betting — you can meet them on our team page. Gambling carries risk; if it stops being fun, call 1-800-GAMBLER.
